Traditionally cured using salt only, we smoke our small-batch Hebridean Oak Smoked Salmon in the old-fashioned way – entirely by hand and crafted to ensure it is always perfectly balanced on the palate.

 

After removing the smokiest outer layer (which you can also buy as Smoked Salmon Trimmings), we long-slice our fillets by hand and dress the delicately smoked - and delicious - slices into packs. Larger orders (from 400g upwards) are sent out as multiples of 200g packs - for ease of shipping, as well as storage.
