Scottish Farmed Salmon (Salmo Salar), salt, smoke.

Please note we take the greatest care to ensure all bones have been removed... but it may be the odd one slips by. Apologies in advance if you happen to get one.

Where any refund is agreed, payment will be made via credit card refund or company cheque.

Living on a remote Hebridean island has many attractions. But it also has its challenges, one of the main ones being reliability of transport services.

All orders are packed in environmentally-friendly pouches with gel ice packs, so will remain fresh and chilled for at least 48hrs.

We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 for all our deliveries, but only ship on one day a week (Tues in Summer, Wed in Winter) so we can guarantee that our parcels get into the national delivery network for timeous delivery.  And that is, of course, providing the weather doesn't disrupt the ferries.

Orders placed before midnight on a Sunday (in summer) or Monday (in winter) will be shipped on the next Tues or Wed. So you should allow anything from 3 – 10 days from placing your order for delivery within mainland UK.

Unfortunately we cannot ship outside the UK at present.
