Traditionally cured using salt only, we smoke our small-batch Hebridean Oak Smoked Salmon in the old-fashioned way – entirely by hand and crafted to ensure it is always perfectly balanced on the palate.


Full fillets are already pin-boned and vac-pacc'd, ready to act as a celebratory centrepiece for your table as you impress your guests with your slicing skills... Fillets are a minimum of 850g (though often a fair bit more...)

    Scottish Farmed Salmon (Salmo Salar), salt, smoke.

    Please note we take the greatest care to ensure all bones have been removed... but it may be the odd one slips by. Apologies in advance if you happen to get one.
