Traditionally cured using salt only, we smoke our small-batch Hebridean Oak Smoked Salmon in the old-fashioned way – entirely by hand and crafted to ensure it is always perfectly balanced on the palate.


Our trimmings are a combination of the outer layer removed before we long-slice and smaller pieces of salmon, so the combination is smokier than our sliced product - perfect for pates, with pasta or in kedgeree.

    Scottish Farmed Salmon (Salmo Salar), salt, smoke.

    Please note we take the greatest care to ensure all bones have been removed... but it may be the odd one slips by. Apologies in advance if you happen to get one.
